Pence Reappoints Atterholt Chief of Utility Panel

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Governor Mike Pence has reappointed James Atterholt as chairman of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. Atterholt was first appointed to the commission by ex-Governor Mitch Daniels nearly four years ago and he became chairman in October 2010. The Fort Wayne native is a former member of the Indiana General Assembly.
