MIDDLEBURY, Ind. (AP) _ A company that makes recreational vehicles says it plans to create hundreds of new jobs in Elkhart County in the next three years. Grand Design RV already has 115 employees in Middlebury and has plans for 500 by 2016. Governor Mike Pence was on hand for today’s announcement. The company is getting state tax breaks and job training grants.
