BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP): Indiana University says the Defense Department has awarded $910,000 to a team of IU computer security experts to study issues associated with software-defined networking. Informatics and computing professor L. Jean Camp will lead the research team. Software-defined networking is the next-generation interface for controlling the forwarding behavior of networks.
