Michiana Man, Serving in U.S. Army, Behind Bars for Child Molestation

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO):  A 25-year-old Michiana man, currently serving in the U.S. Army, is behind bars on charges of child molestation.

Officials say that James Walker molested his two step sisters when he was home on leave. He was stationed in Japan and thus out of the reach of Marshall County Officials.

After informing the proper channels, the Army launched an investigation of its own before shipping him back to the states so he could be arrested. The warrant for his arrest was actually issued in 2012 with the alleged molestation dating all the way back to 2008. He is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail on $50,000 bond.
