PERU, Ind. (AP): Police say the manager of a northern Indiana farm has been charged with stealing more than $63,000 in crop profits.
 
State police say the owner of the Miami County farm had promoted Brent Graber to manager after her husband died earlier this year. He oversaw the transportation and sale of corn and soybeans to a grain elevator and profits from the sold crops were supposed to be deposited into the farm's bank accounts.
 
Police say he instead deposited more than $63,000 of the profits since October into a personal account.
 
Graber and his girlfriend Jessica Brooks are charged with going on a spending spree, buying furniture, a vehicle, guns and hunting equipment.  Both now face felony theft charges.
