MORGAN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana Conservation Officers say 71-year-old Danny Miller, of Brooklyn, was driving an ATV yesterday morning in Bethany. He lost control and was thrown from the machine, which then rolled on top of the man. He was taken to IU Methodist Hospital in Indy for back and rib injuries. Early reports show that Miller had limited experience operating an ATV and was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
