ANDERSON, Ind. (AP): Opponents of a proposed reservoir along the White River are planning to use this weekend's Earth Day festivals to rally public opposition against the project. Members of the Heart of the River Coalition will hand out information Saturday at downtown Indianapolis' Earth Day Indiana festival and at Anderson's Earth Day Arborfest.
