INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Indiana Gov. Mike Pence is heading to Washington to seek federal approval of his proposed state-run alternative to traditional Medicaid in order to expand health care coverage for low-income residents. They are expected to discuss the governor's request to use billions of dollars in federal aid through a version of the state's Healthy Indiana Plan.
