Hendricks County Police: Prostitution ring laundered money…

AVON, Ind. (AP) – Indiana State Police say they've arrested six people in connection with a central Indiana prostitution ring that they believe laundered money for Chinese organized crime.

Officers with the Hendricks County United Drug Task Force, the Indiana State Police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Indiana Attorney general's office served search and arrest warrants at two Avon massage parlors, two Indianapolis residences and a home in Westfield.

Trooper Skyler Whittington says investigators believe the prostitution ring was “a multimillion dollar money laundering business for Chinese organized crime.” He did not provide additional details on the organized crime connection.
