EVANSVILLE, Ind. (AP) _ Police say an Evansville man falsely identified himself as an agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration when he walked into a home.

The Evansville Courier & Press (http://bit.ly/1F2m5B5 ) reports 28-year-old Blake A. King was arrested Saturday on a preliminary felony charge of impersonating a public servant. According to a police affidavit, he told police he thought there was a domestic disturbance in the home and that he heard screaming and yelling.

Authorities say the family inside was upset over a dog that had just died. According to police, King denied claiming he was a DEA agent and told officers he was a security guard.

King is at Vanderburgh County Jail, with bond set at $5,000. Court records do not list an attorney for him.

King was charged with impersonating a public servant in 2007, but the charges were dropped.
