INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The Indiana Department of Revenue is reminding Hoosiers who missed the April 15 tax filing deadline to file and pay their taxes as soon as possible to minimize penalty and interest.

Taxpayers who still need to file and pay can do so electronically for faster processing. Indiana freefile, the department’s free online filing program, is still available at www.freefile.dor.in.gov.
