INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – The leader of a nonprofit faces charges after authorities say they found evidence of child pornography inside his Indianapolis home. 

Forty-three-year-old Russell Taylor is the executive director of the Jared Foundation, which aims to raise awareness and funds to support childhood obesity programs. The foundation was started by Jared Fogle who's best known for losing around 235 pounds by eating Subway sandwiches and exercising. 

Taylor is charged with three counts of child exploitation, three counts of possession of child pornography and three counts of voyeurism. It wasn't immediately clear if he has an attorney.

The Indianapolis Star says attempts to reach a representative of the foundation were unsuccessful.
