Alleged Noblesville Murder Plotter Captured in Montana

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (AP) _ Authorities have captured a Florida woman wanted on charges alleging she plotted to kill a suburban Indianapolis divorce attorney seeking money from her boyfriend.

Hamilton County Sheriff Mark Bowen announced late Monday that U.S. marshals and a local police SWAT team had arrested 51-year-old Renee Perillo of Panama City, Florida, in a small Montana town. He provided no other details of her capture

Bowen says Perillo will face extradition to Indiana on charges including conspiracy to commit murder, theft and criminal trespass.

Her son, 21-year-old Richard Perillo of Laughlin, Nevada, faces identical charges after being captured June 11 near San Diego.

The two were free on $20,000 bonds after being arrested last month on lesser charges outside the Noblesville home of an attorney pursuing unpaid settlement money from Perillo's boyfriend.
