FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): It looks like more housing is coming to Fort Wayne.

The Allen County Plan Commission heard a proposal Thursday to rezone 62 acres at the corner of Bass and West Hamilton roads for a new neighborhood called “Greyhawk,” which would be the spot for 131 single-family homes.

The Journal Gazette reports homes for that neighborhood would range from $175,000 to $275,000, but some nearby residents are concerned about flooding and storm water issues.

No official decision was made.
