Columbia Police are searching for suspects in Every Kids Dreamland Park fire

COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (WOWO): The Columbia City Police and Park departments are asking for the public’s help identifying people they say started a fire at a city park.

Police received a call about a fire at Every Kids Dreamland Park in Columbia City at about 11:55 p.m. Saturday, according to Columbia City Police.

Police say two people saw the fire in the playground on West Van Buren Street and extinguished the fire with water bottles.

The police department reviewed a video from the park’s surveillance camera and is asking for the public’s help identifying the two people in the photos.

Anyone with information about the crime or suspects is asked to call the Columbia City Police Department at 260-248-5121 or Detective Tim Longenbaugh at 260-248-5129.
