Fort Wayne Police arrest 3 people in connection to Alonna Allison’s murder

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Three men have been arrested in connection to the death of Alonna Allison.

Fort Wayne Police confirmed that three people have been arrested, according to our news partners at 21Alive.

19-year-old Joshua Smiley, 19-year-old Darrion Bright and 19-year-old Javaris Travier were arrested on preliminary charges of criminal recklessness.

Allison was shot to death on Aug. 29, 2015. Police say she was at a bonfire on Schaper Drive when she was hit by a stray bullet. She was one of three people killed that day in Fort Wayne.

She would have turned 18 this month.
