Crash near the Allen-DeKalb sends 5 to the hospital

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Ind. (WOWO):  A crash at near the Allen-DeKalb County line sent 5 people to the hospital, including a 2 month old child.

A woman was driving eastbound on CR 72 and entered the CR 35 intersection and was hit by a man driving southbound.

The crash happened around 6:20 p.m. on Friday night, and all the drivers and passengers were taken to the hospital by ambulance.  The female driver suffered fractures on her pelvis, while the male driver and his passenger both complained of chest pain and seat belt burn.

However the female driver had a two month old child that suffered lacerations to the head, and also a passenger with head contusions.  There’s no update on the child’s health.
