State Police are still completing an investigation of the two car crash, but what they know so far is that it happened earlier today on State Road 3 in Milford. Police tell WOWO news that Deputy Randolph Mellinger was stopped at a stop sign, on County Road 700 at the intersection with State Road 3. He then proceeded into the intersection and hit another car driven by Phyllis Bellos, both drivers were taken to the hospital with injuries.
