ADAMS COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The Adams County Sheriff’s Office is trying to find a sex offender who has failed to register.

Jacob Scott Ashburn, 18, failed to register as a sex offender after he was released from jail. Ashburn told police he was going to relocate to Allen County after leaving jail, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

He hasn’t reported to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office or the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

Anyone who has information about his whereabouts is asked to contact law enforcement.
