ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A man has been arrested in connection with recent thefts from the Leo area. Allen County Detectives arrested 18-year-old Montana Warner of Leo on two counts of theft yesterday. Warner is a suspect in recent thefts from vehicles. Police are still investigating other suspects in relation to the thefts and burglaries in the area.
