FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Rachel from Card member Services is not the only one clogging up the air waves with her promises of lowering credit card interest rates, now there is a “Chester.”

According to officials with the Better Business Bureau of Northern Indiana, “Chester” is calling Hoosiers telling them that it's their “last chance” to reduce the fee on their card. The BBB is unaware if the “Chester” call is in anyway related to the “Rachel” call, but if you receive either one of these, do not give them your credit card number.
