FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Community Action of Northeast Indiana (CANI) received a $22,500 grant from the Lincoln Financial Foundation for their Family Development Program. Family Development is a voluntary, in-home program of services helping identify family strengths, desires, and needs to accomplish goals. The program serves families in over 10 surrounding counties.
