INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO) — Corteva is splitting up – but not slowing down.

The Indianapolis-based agricultural powerhouse plans to divide its $17 billion business into two new companies: one for seeds, one for crop protection.

Leaders say the shake-up will help each side innovate faster and focus on what farmers need most.

According to Inside Indiana Business — The separation is expected to wrap up by the second half of 2026.
