Craigslist Sale Turns into Armed Robbery

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Police are looking for the suspect in an armed robbery earlier this week. A Kokomo man was in Fort Wayne to buy an iPhone after responding to a Craigslist ad. The “seller” told the Kokomo man to meet him at a house on Monarch Drive and when they met asked the man to take him to get cigarettes. According to the Journal Gazette, when the two were near Duprey Drive, the suspect pointed a gun at the victim, told him to empty his pockets, and took a backpack with the victim's computer. The suspect is described as a tall, black man, in early to mid-20's.
