A former Fort Wayne mortgage broker is expected to escape jail time after pleading guilty to “securities fraud.” According to our partners in news 21 Alive, Randy Ridenour convinced an investor to place tens of thousands of dollars in an investment fund that did not exist. Additionally, Ridenour did not have a license to sell securities in the state.
