FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A former Wayne High School special education classroom assistant is accused of having sex with a student.

Charges were filed Monday against 26-year-old Braxton Smith of Fort Wayne. He's facing two counts of child seduction.

According to our partners in news at 21Alive, a student confessed that she had sex with Smith twice late last year. One time was at the victim's house and the other was in a parked car, according to court documents

Smith, who also served as an assistant football coach, resigned from Fort Wayne Community Schools on March 4th.
