Fort Financial and ITT Employees’ Federal Credit Union Making Plans to Merge

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Financial Credit Union and ITT Employees’ Federal Credit Union could be merging. The two non-profits have entered into an agreement, with a merger expected to be finished this summer. The ITT board of directors said they’ve been exploring merger options for several months and sought a merger partner that was member-focused and offered similar services. The merger will make new services available to ITTEFCU members who will be able to use any of Fort Financials' 10 locations.
