PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WOWO): A 15-year-old Fort Wayne boy has died after collapsing on a beach in Panama City on Sunday.  Our news partners at 21 Alive tell us Nick Prindle was playing in the surf and then started coughing and collapsed after coming out of the water. Prindle was in Florida with a Christian youth group staying at the Laguna Beach Christian Retreat.
