Quinton Holle is charged with a Level 3 felony count of child molesting. Police say he met the then 13 year-old girl on a social media website in October of last year. They went on to exchange messages that her parents found on her phone in November and confronted her. 

Court records say the victim admitted that she and Holle met and had sex at her home in early October of 2014, and were aware that there could be consequences. Holle admitted to Elkhart County Sheriffs that he met and had sex with the victim when he was 20 years old. He also claimed that her profile alleged she was 15. 

If convicted, Holle faces up to 20 years in prison.
