BLUFFTON, Ind. (WOWO): The father of Owen Collins is one of five people that were arrested in a drug bust in Wells County Monday.
22 year old Tyler Collins is charged with one felony count of dealing a substance represented to be a controlled substance and two misdemeanor counts of dealing in a synthetic drug. Officials in Wells County said they were monitoring the drug operation for two months, and were joined by Bluffton and Adams County officials in the drug bust.
Others arrested include:
Xena Stevens, age 18: 2 counts of dealing in a narcotic drug – level 5 felony
Riley Schorey, age 20: 2 counts of dealing in a synthetic drug – level 6 felony
Tyler Whitesell, age 25: 1 count of dealing in a narcotic drug – level 5 felony and 1 count of theft – level A misdemeanor
John Ciavola, age 69: 2 counts of dealing in a schedule II controlled substance – level 5 and 6 felonies
