FORT WAYNE Ind. (WOW): Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry will conduct his first public weigh-in on October 7th, as part of the Operation F4 community wellness initiative.
OPF4, or “Fight for a Fitter Fort” helps Fort Wayne residents engage in fitness, nutrition, and wellness activities. More than 600 people have signed up since the program launched last month.
The Mayor’s weigh-in is part of Employee Development Day at the University of Saint Francis. The event starts at 12 p.m. on Tuesday at the University's North Campus Gymnasium, located on 2702 Spring St.
