Fort Wayne Officer Charged with Theft from Motorcycle Club

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne Police officer has been put on paid leave after he was charged with theft.

Barry Roos was charged Monday with stealing money from a  motorcycle group and was booked into Allen County Lockup.

The motorcycle group he was a part of consists of active and retired law enforcement. The Board of Public Safety will vote on Thursday if the officer should be put on unpaid leave.

Until then, the Roos is off duty.
