FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Police department is asking the public for help in tracking down 31-year-old Jacinto Barrios. He is a suspect wanted for questioning in the homicide of Marco Antonio Vinas-Herran who died Monday, after being hit by a vehicle in the parking lot of Las Lomas Mexican Grill near Fairfield Avenue.
