FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – The Fort Wayne Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person.

Jabari Mbwelera, 26, has been missing since January 16.

He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 165 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the FWPD at 427-1222.
