FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): For the seventh year in a row, the dentists at Lima Road Dentistry are buying back your Halloween candy at a dollar a pound, up to a $10 maximum.
They feel its a fun way to nudge kids away from obesity, diabetes and tooth decay, but here’s the best part, all the candy that is purchased, will be shipped to our troops in Afghanistan. However, due to the wind-down in Afghanistan, this is likely the last year for this event, so have your kids participate by taking some of their candy to Lima Road Dentistry on Lima Road.
Times for the candy buy back are as follows:
Friday November 1st 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Monday November 4th 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday November 5th 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
