STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Police arrested a Hamilton Lake man on four counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor. 38-year-old Chad Clark was arrested yesterday by the Indiana State Police after an investigation into an allegation that he had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl. Last month, a complaint was filed with the Indiana State Police in Fort Wayne alleging that Clark had been engaging in sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl since February of this year. Clark is being held in the Steuben County Jail without bond.
