High Speed Rail Talk Continues in City Council

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The talk of a high speed rail continues in Fort Wayne’s City Council. Last night, the council approved funding an environmental impact study through the County Economic Development Income Tax (CEDIT). The study would cost the City of Fort Wayne $200,000. But, according to our partners in news at 21 Alive, the study is necessary for federal funding of the railway.
