High Winds Causing Travel Troubles Across Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Travel is being slowed across much of Indiana as strong winds are blowing around fresh snow accumulations. Dozens of school districts across southern Indiana announced closures on Tuesday, while many others in central and northern counties delayed their openings. The National Weather Service was only expecting 2 to 3 inches of snow in most parts of central and southern Indiana, but winds gusting to 30 mph were causing more troubles.
