FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana Michigan Power is spending 5 hundred million dollars to replace older equipment and improve the overall reliability of their system. I&M spokesperson Tracy Warner says the projects won't have too much of an affect on customers' bills, and that the construction shouldn't disrupt electric service.
