Date Set for Suspended FW Police Officer’s Trial

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A trial date has been set for a suspended Fort Wayne Police officer. Mark Rogers was suspended in September after being charged with two counts of sexual misconduct and one count of false reporting. Rogers is charged with sexually assaulting a woman while she was intoxicated. According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, he will have his day in court on April 15th.
