Police Lack Leads on Who Sparked Ball State Alert

MUNCIE, Ind. (AP): A Ball State University official says investigators haven't been able to develop new leads into reports of possible gunman that led to a partial campus lockdown in November. Associate vice president Tony Proudfoot says the police investigation has been put on hold until new information is found.
