Indiana Man Killed in Vietnam to Receive Military Honor

Relatives of an Indiana soldier killed during the Vietnam War will receive his posthumous Purple Heart. Fort Wayne native Herbert Crosby was 22 when his helicopter went down in Vietnam in January 1970. The Journal Gazette reports Crosby’s 94-year-old mother will receive the honor at the Florida nursing home where she lives.
