Indiana Woman PPP Fraud Caught

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WOWO) — An Indiana woman is headed to probation after admitting to PPP loan fraud.

29-year-old Jade Price pleaded guilty to wire fraud, claiming fake income to secure four pandemic relief loans.

Prosecutors say she spent the money on personal expenses.

A federal judge in South Bend sentenced her to a year of probation and ordered her to pay back more than $80,000 to the Small Business Administration.
