LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) _ A pastor accused of planting video cameras inside a women’s restroom at a Lafayette church will still face child exploitation charges despite his attorneys’ contention the charges violated a Indiana Court of Appeals decision.
 
  The Journal & Courier reports a Tippecanoe County judge this week denied a defense motion to dismiss child exploitation charges against 56-year-old Robert Lyzenga’s due to a ruling that state law requires a child be portrayed performing sexual conduct.
 
  Judge Randy Williams said the argument meant that if a 5-year-old who couldn’t intentionally satisfy another’s sexual needs posed nude, the photographer couldn’t be charged with child exploitation.
 
  Defense attorney Kent Moore declined comment.
 
  Court documents say some of the videos from Sunrise Christian Reformed Church showed girls as young as 5 years old.
