ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) — A man from Scottsville, Kentucky, was arrested by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office for sending explicit messages to a female, including soliciting her to procure a minor for forced sexual activity.

40-year-old Michael Weaver was taken into custody and remains in the Allen County Detention Center on a charge of promoting human trafficking to a victim under 18 with a $15,000 cash bond.
