Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control is warning pit bull owners to pay extra attention to  their pets during the upcoming holiday, because of a letter that went viral on the internet urging people to go out and kill pit bulls on Halloween night. Animal Care and Control isn’t sure if this is a hoax, or if groups are really planning on harming the breed, but they’re saying it’s a good idea to keep pets indoors that evening.
