LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) – A company that uses cells from pigs to help the human body heal significant wounds and infections is expanding its facility in Lafayette and plans to add 50 jobs.
The Journal & Courier reports ACell Inc. broke ground Friday on a $6 million, 14,000-square-foot addition to its building. The addition will increase its total manufacturing space of 42,000 square feet.
ACell President Rodney Bosley says the addition will allow the company to keep up with demand.
