FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fire crews got a call to a house fire on Hazelhurst Drive just after 11:00 a.m. Friday afternoon.  

Once on the scene, they found the home engulfed in flames. Crews took a defensive attack because the home collapsed. No one was inside at the time of the blaze, but firefighters did find a dead dog following their search of the home.

AEP crews also responded to the scene because of downed power lines in the driveway.

No injuries were reported and as of right now, the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
