LAGRANGE, Ind. (WOWO): Police arrested a man who they say assaulted two people.

LaGrange County Deputies recieved a call around 5:50 p.m. Monday about a battery in progress at South Milford Landing located in the 7000 block of South S.R. 3. Deputies found that Trinity Hunter, 37 of LaGrange, had battered his wife and her brother.

They believe the battery first occurred at a home near 7700 South S.R. 3. Then his wife fled from the house only to have to Hunter peruse her to the South Milford Landing location.

Hunter is in LaGrange County Jail on preliminary charges of two counts of strangulation, criminal confinement, domestic battery, battery, battery by bodily waste and intimidation with a deadly weapon.
