INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): Timothy Romine of Brazil is arrested after breaking into a vehicle at the Salt Creek boat ramp parking lot at Monroe Reservoir. Officers started a surveillance operation after recent thefts were reported. Officers were watching the area and saw Romine shoot the side window out of a vehicle a take a purse. They took him into custody right away. They found that he was responsible for at least 6 other thefts. Romine was booked in the Monroe County jail on several felony and misdemeanor charges.
